Eliud Gautier will discuss the various real estate aspects of helping a family purchase a home with an ITIN. The relationship with the lending entity. The particularities of the sales contract. The required home inspection. The possibilities of rehabilitation cost included and the aspects of seller concession to lower the rates below market averages.
The specific requirements for the loan will be discuss at the Saturday, March 1 & 2, 2014 during Home Buyer Sections.
No realtor questions will be addressed during the buyer's events; therefore, all Realtor questions will be addressed at the Realtor Workshops. Therefore, accept my apology right now for ignoring your questioning during the buyer workshop. I want to invest most of my time addressing the buyers' concerns, not the realtor concerns during the buyer workshops.
PRE-REQUISIT– Realtors MUST at least attend the FIRST SESSION of the Home Buyer Workshop in order to focus our attention on real estate issues at the Realtor Workshop rather than the particularities about the ITIN guidelines for the homebuyers (which will be inroduced at the first session).
Therefore, this morning event will be the ONLY time for realtors to learn about the peculiar details required to assure that the purchase process is successful.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Realtors, Home Inspectors, Home Repair Contractors, Home Insurance Agents and New Home Contruction Companies. These loans are brokered therefore loan officers will not benefit directly. Title companies and appraisers are part of a rotating process pre-selected by the lenders. I want to clearify this up front to the real estate community; none the less the information you'll recieve will be valuable to your local immigrant community.
