What time does check-in begin?

Check-in begins 15 minutes before the seminar. PLEASE don't be late - the Real Estate Commission has no sense of humor when it comes to late arrivals!

Are you seriously serving a free lunch for those in attendance all day???

Yep! Our sponsor, Lee Joye of Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, is catering a light lunch at no charge. As an additional bonus, our one half hour lunch break means our day is shorter than anyone else in the state!

What should I bring?

It is a good idea to wear clothing layers to any class, and perhaps to bring a wrap just in case, since ultimately the hotels control the temperature and outside conditions change. We generally try to supply writing materials, but every hotel is different so a highlighter and pen doesn't hurt.

Do I have to bring my printed confirmation email to the event?

While it may prove to be helpful, it is not an absolute necessity

What is the refund policy?

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation received up until the Friday preceding the seminar by the 5:00 PM cutoff will always entitle registrant to reschedule or refund. No refund for late cancellations and no-shows.
