& An All-Star Line-Up of Miami’s Top Chefs for Lamb Down Under Culinary Event
Eat like an Aussie at this interactive, reception-style culinary event featuring Australian Lamb. Savor an unlimited amount of lamb bites, prepared by five local chefs, Bradley Kilgore of J&G Grill, Danny Grant of the recently opened 1826 Restaurant & Lounge, Jacob Anaya of OTC and Michael Reidt of the yet to open Pilgrim. Enjoy wines from the Australian wineries of Yalumba and Jansz Tasmania, and craft beer by BREW FIU, blended locally by Florida International University students within the on-campus brew lab. The evening concludes with sweet treats from Keith Wallace, the debuting pastry chef at EDGE Steak & Bar.
The gastronomic celebration takes places in a casual rooftop setting on the EDGE Steak & Bar terrace, overlooking Miami’s city skyline. Helmed by Aussie native Chef Aaron Brooks, EDGE Steak & Bar emerged within Four Seasons Hotel Miami during the hotel’s recent renovation in 2012. Since then the modern steakhouse restaurant in Miami has made a name for itself within the Brickell area and nationally.
