★Veterans Forward at National Able Network is a non-profit that is looking for veterans of all eras, education levels, experience, and skill sets to go through no cost training that will help you on your job search. All you need is a DD214!
★Our Job Readiness Training was developed by a Department of Labor Grant. If you are looking for work, attending a training session with Veterans Forward is a strategic and essential step, especially if your current job search approach is not working. Our staff is veteran-heavy with a load of perspective about transferring military skills, entering the workforce out of college, or just making a change.
★NOTE: Anyone interested attending the Job Fair must have attended the Job Readiness Training or been approved by a member of the Veterans Forward team.

10:30-11:00: Planning Your Job Search, Effective Networking
12:00-13:00: Break for Lunch
13:00-16:00: Resume and Cover Letter Writing
12:00-14:00: Q&A, Next Steps
14:00-16:00: Job Fair
★ Required Documents
A. a valid driver’s license or photo ID
B. a DD214 (member 4) or NGB22
C. a copy of 1 to 2 job descriptions of positions that you are currently seeking
D. Several copies of your current, updated resume
1. 1 for the instructor(s) to mark up if time permits
2. 3 or more pass on to employers on day 2
