“We’ve received many inquiries from past clients concerned with their recent valuations mailed from the Lake County Assessor. We’re hosting this seminar to give Lake County residents information to successfully file tax appeals before the February 19th deadline.” Joshua Lybolt, President of Prime Real Estate, said. “The program will help people understand step-by-step the correct way to file a successful tax appeal and hopefully help our Lake County residents save money on their property taxes”.
The primary speaker, Indiana Appraiser Joe Wszolek (Indiana Certified Level III Assessor, Indiana Certified Tax Representative and Porter County PTABOA President) will explain how property taxes are calculated and the Property Tax Assessment Board (PTABOA) appeal procedure. This low cost seminar is brought to you through sponsorship from Academy Mortgage, Barrister Title, Tellarico Law, Appraiser Joe Wszolek and Prime Real Estate.
Appeal forms will be available at the seminar and real estate professionals and tax attorneys will be present to provide one on one assistance and answer questions and provide information regarding comparable property values.
