Monday night football? Psshaw! The ladies workshop is where the real action is at! This night will be an evening of fun, real conversation, and strategies that affect women financially. More and more women are carrying the burden of their household finances by themselves; yet are ill equipped with the knowledge to thrive in this arena. This hour long workshop is FREE, and jam-packed with information on basic financial principles to change your family now, and future generations.
Open to ages 16 +. If you know a young lady starting in the workforce - they need to be there! Bring your sisters, cousins, mothers, co-workers, friends, aunts, nieces, and their friends. Let's change a generation of women - breaking the chains of debt one woman at a time!
Hosted by Natasha Harrell with Primerica, and Ebony Dennis, the Economic Empowerment chair of the Longview NAACP. Snacks provided. Bring a pen and a pad, and the spirit of expectancy. Child care is provided; please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a head count of how many children you're bringing!
There is no need to fear money, it is a tool - just like a hammer. You just have to know how to use it to build your financial house.
