This exciting program will address how to plan the big picture of services, programs, outreach, and collections for teens. Learn how to utilize strategic thinking in designing and implementing teen services in a public library. Panelists will also offer practical tips to achieve a cohesive approach to planning services to teens and ways to incorporate evaluative feedback. Get ready to be inspired about teen services!
