Join us at the 3rd Annual La Vuelta de EBI. Ride with four-time U.S. National Champion, seven-time Tour de France rider, and former Olympian "Fast Freddie" Rodriguez in support of Escuela Bilingüe Internacional (EBI), a non-profit dual-immersion school in the East Bay. All proceeds from this ride will benefit EBI programs.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You'll ride with amateurs and professionals for a morning of good health and beautiful scenery, as you pedal along some of the East Bay's most scenic roads to conquer either of two (2) self-paced rides. A solid Half Century (50 miles) or a Metric Half Century (31 miles). Check out our video for a quick look at years past.

La Vuelta de Los Niños
This fun on-site event includes bike safety and a fun ride with simple obstacles and challenges. Please note, only children of riders are able to participate, and the ride (and associated childcare) is limited and available for an additional fee to children of riders between 3 - 10 years of age. Children participating in La Vuelta de Los Niños are required to have helmet, closed toe shoes, comfortable clothing, and a bike. La Vuelta de Los Niños will be subject to weather conditions.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Riders must be 18 years of age and older.
What are my parking options getting to the event? How should I get to the event?
Street parking is tight and no on-site parking is available. Carpooling or riding your bike to event is recommended; Rockridge BART is a quick ride from the start.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Helmets are required. No trailer bikes will be allowed on the ride. Tandem bike riders must be 18 years of age and older.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to print ticket out, we will have you in our database morning of event.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you are not able to attend the ride yourself and want to transfer your registration, all waivers and proper paperwork will need to be completed 2 days prior to the ride. Please notify La Vuelta de EBI staff via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the refund policy?
No refunds will be granted for either La Vuelta de EBI or La Vuelta de Los Niños. Event will be held, rain or shine.

EBI opened its doors in September 2006 as an independent co-ed school in the Rockridge neighborhood in Oakland, along with our new campus located in Emeryville.EBI is recognized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School.
