Don’t miss this opportunity to make the deliciously darling Bûche de Noël (Christmas chocolate log cake) with French Pastry Chef and owner of Lawrenceville’s La Goumandine, Fabien Moreau. He’ll share some secrets for making this classic French treat and give you some to take home! $50

The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
