Transport yourself to Italy and spend an evening making fresh pasta by hand. Learn to make your own pasta from scratch, from the well to the roller we’ll create delicious hand made pasta. We will make a spinach and ricotta filling for our hand cut ravioli. We’ll also create classic fool-proof sauces - some of our favorites are Classic Tomato Garlic Basil Sauce, Alfredo (Cream) Sauce, Brown Butter Sage Sauce or Brown Butter Anchovy Sauce - you decide which sauces to pair with your Ravioli, Fettucine and Tagliatelle which you will enjoy at the conclusion of class.
This is a hands-on cooking class with a party atmosphere. We will be playing Italian music to get you in the mood for some great food that you will prepare with the guidance of our chefs. Learn some Italian words and phrases as well while we cook!
This is a great cooking class to enjoy with a date or with a group of friends.
Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with the class. No corkage fee.
All equipment and aprons will be provided for use during the class.
Class starts promptly at start time.
As we will be cooking, closed toed shoes are required.
