Korean BBQ & Wine Dinner

August 24, 2013 at 7pm

 Star King Premium BBQ

Featuring Certified Piedmontese Beef

Certified Piedmontese Beef is unlike any other. An exceptional breed of genetically superior cattle combined with a disciplined approach to animal care and husbandry produces a consistent high-quality product. Extraordinarily lean, incredibly tender, Certified Piedmontese Beef provides consumers with a healthier beef option without sacrificing flavor.

Certified Piedmontese Beef is a naturally lean, nutritious beef high in protein and low in saturated fat, total fat, and calories. Unique to the Piedmontese breed is a lean physique and heavy musculature that does not rely on fatty marbling (common in conventional breeds of cattle) to achieve tenderness. Instead, Certified Piedmontese brings you naturally lean, naturally tender beef so succulent and flavorful it will melt in your mouth.

Certified Piedmontese cattle are raised on family ranches across the vast fertile expanse of the Great Plains where they roam miles of open rangelands. Ranchers combine the most up-to-date handling and husbandry practices with classic stockmanship so cattle are raised humanely and land is managed sustainably - the way it should be.
