Here are a few common questions and answers:

• Q: How do I get my tickets? A: Tickets will be available at the GUEST SERVICES booth on the day of the show. Seating is reserved, but as a pre-sale purchaser you get the best seats in your section!
• Q: What happens when the pre-sale ends? A: Tickets will be available through the venue box office beginning at 10am local time on October 19, 2015. VIP tickets will continue to be available ONLY through our fan experience page.
• Q: I wanna be a part of the ACTION! How? A: So glad you asked! We love (and really need) your help - and you get a free admission to the show. CLICK HERE to register for our volunteer opportunities. One job per person please - and you must be at least 16 years old.
• Q: Uh oh! I overbooked - can I get a refund? A: So sorry but all sales are final and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for tickets unless the entire event is cancelled.
• Q: The weather outside is Frightful! What do I do? A: Burrrr... December can be downright brutally cold! We make every effort to keep guests comfortable but in most cases it's impossible for us to form lines inside the building due to space and fire code constraints. Our best advice is to make sure to check your weather and dress accordingly (warm coats, umbrellas and more). Sorry, if weather is bad in another city and you cannot make the event, we are not able to issue refunds if the show takes place.
• Q: What time will doors open? A: Door times are subject to change but we aim to have doors open at the following times: Ultimate Fan Experience - 11am | VIP - 12pm | All other ticket holders - 1pm. | Guest services will open at 11am.
• Q: What can I expect at this show? A: Glad you asked! You can expect an evening full of performances from Tenth Avenue North, Natalie Grant, Sidewalk Prophets and Danny Gokey! While the night will consist mostly of Christmas music, the artists do perform several of their top hits as well. We will have a blast celebrating the birth of our Savior! So prep your singing voices and get ready for a great night. Oh... and this IS a concert so it certainly can be really loud at times so bring those ear plugs if you have sensitive hearing.
• Q: Kids? A: We love kids! This is a family event for ALL ages. Tickets are required for everyone 3 years and over not occupying a seat. All children under 3 years old must sit in a lap and may not occupy a seat. And we know those little ones want to see what's going on but we cannot allow children to sit on shoulders or be held up to block the views of others.
• Q: Where do I park? A: The venue does have parking options but unfortunately the tour does not control parking and we do not benefit from any parking fees. We recommend searching online or contacting the venue in advance for information on parking so you are prepared for any fees associated.
• Q: Where are my seats? A: Seating will be RESERVED and your seats will be assigned on the day of the show. You can pick up your tickets at the GUEST SERVICES BOOTH on the day of the show. So you're able to sit back and relax and know we have you covered.
• Q: Are cameras allows? A: Sure! We even had an app for you to download and upload all of your awesome pictures. BUT, please be respectful of those around you when taking photos and help make sure you aren't interrupting their experience. Sometimes a moment is better when you simply stop and enjoy it :). And videoing? Let's keep the video options off - afterall, you want to have a good time and not stare at a screen all night!
• Q: You took my credit card but didn't give me tickets!! A: Well, we would never do anything like that! Tickets are emailed to you at the address you provide during check out. They can be sneaky though - so check those spam folders. Still no luck? No worries - you're not out of luck! If the tickets didn't make their way to you it is normally because of a little typo your fingers made when entering your email address. But fret not, you can email heythere@faithevents.com and we have customer service reps who will help you out. But if you were charged, we will let you in the show - we promise!
• Q: Ugh - the ticket service fee is a bummer! A: We hope not! While none of us like fees, we keep ours SUPER low (have you bought a mainstream concert ticket lately? WHEW!) The fee helps cover the costs of credit card processing, customer service and more... so we give you an amazing experience. And it's generally still cheaper than a coffee at Starbucks :)
