Breakfasts on school days may be quick and simple, but what about weekend mornings? Come take a cooking class and learn how to whip up a yummy, colorful weekend brunch that will surely please the whole family. We’ll add a few surprising twists to homemade pancake batter; choose our favorite veggies to fill fluffy frittatas; and bake our own cookies from scratch, still warm from the oven.
On the Menu: Savory Cheddar-Scallion Pancakes; Rainbow Frittata; Cookies with Oatmeal & White Chocolate Chips.
