FUN 4 WEEK KIDS PERFORMING ARTS SUMMER CAMP IN SHERMAN OAKS
A children’s performing arts summer camp for young entertainment industry enthusiasts, is set to launch in Sherman Oaks, California. Hollywood Star Studios, will begin its debut four week summer camp at the famous Complete Actors Place, 13752 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks, CA91423 on June 10th 2013. The course, which has been specifically designed with young children in mind, will start at 09:30am until 4:00pm, with an option for extended hours.
The interactive and cost effective summer camp with Hollywood Star Studios promises to have a fun packed and informative four week schedule, educating a small group of children from the ages of 6 – 13 on a variety of essential performing arts activities such as script analyses and breakdown, improvisation, on-camera work, audition techniques, monologues and voice techniques, character building, preparing bios and resumes as well as headshot skills and much more.
Hollywood Star Studios directors, Liz Rodriguez and Sueanne Edan, both independent entertainment industry professionals, have arranged for special high profile guests to talk, teach and inspire the children throughout the days of the summer camp including prominent commercial, TV and film casting directors, film directors and producers, managers and agents, entertainment publicist and media training specialists and several spontaneous visits from young working actors and actresses, who can be seen on television today. By the end of the four week course the children, and parents, will be prepared for the fundamentals of the entertainment industry, enjoy discounted headshot rates and on graduation day walk a media drenched red carpet.
Aside from their extensive and impressive resumes both Liz and Sueanne are proud parents to young rising child stars, who between them boast a plethora of commercial, TV and film credits. They understand the enormous pressures young talent endures when starting the journey of their dreams. Previous performers themselves, they share a passion for the performing arts and intend to enrich the attending students on the complexities and different aspects of the entertainment industry, as well as the diverse group, and one-on-one, intensive performing arts training activities.
