No Wheat, No Dairy, No Problem!
Join Chef and Cookbook Author Lauren Hoover-West to learn healthy cooking, alternative foods and cooking skills. In this hands-on cooking class you will make recipes that are yummy, nutritious, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, refined sugar-free and corn-free. You will be equipped to cook all three meals of the day, snacks and dessert for you and your family! Appropriate for kids ages 7-12 years.
Class meets every day, Monday, April 1 – Friday, April 5, 11am-2:00pm
