Not only will we be covering kettlebell exercises that develop power, we'll also be covering how-to combine the kettlebell with other training tools to help bring out additional power output and speed.
The kettlebell complex method (There are several and we'll cover them all.) will be covered in-depth with sample exercises and program design options given.

* The Kettlebell as a non-impact plyometric tool.
* Kettlebell Power-Metrics.
* Complex and Contrast Training Methods- using box, barbell and trapbar combinations. Single and double leg exercises will be covered.

Hi, my name is Jason C. Brown, I help people uncover the magic of human movement and enjoy the art of expressing the human body. I have been specialiizing in the arts of kettlebell training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since the late 1990s.
I offer many types of live events. In addition to athletic development for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kettlebell training I offer play-based training for fitness and sport training professionals also.
