Ticket Info & FAQs

General Admission: The longest wait to enter the attraction.
VIP Fast Pass: Go directly to front of the first haunted house line.
Immediate Acess: No waiting enter immediately at all lines throughtout the attraction.
Group Discount Tickets: Must have 20+ Call 336-431-1700 to purchase weekdays only.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Spookywoods recommends age 12 and up to the haunted attraction. No ID required.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
On site parking for first 500 cars, overflow parking available next to BP on HWY 62. $5

What can/can't I bring to the event?
No weapons, alcohol, cameras, bags, purses or smoking or vaping on property. No open toe or high heel shoes allowed.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You must bring the printed ticket to the event or show it on your phone. Bring photo id to have your tickets looked up if you don't have it printed out or on your phone. Skip the ticket booth and go directly to the haunt if you have

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The name on the ticket does not matter. However, the bar code is only scanned once. Only the first person to use the ticket is valid.

Inclement Weather Policy:

If we are closed due to inclement weather it will be posted on the top of the Spookywoods.com home page by 5:30pm. Thursday or Sunday tickets must be used on those days. No refunds for validated tickets. Email tony@kerseyvalley.com or call 336-431-1700 for customer service.
