  • County Overview: Economic Development and the Civil Air Terminal, presented by James Waddington, Executive Director of the Kent Economic Partnership; and
  • New Byways in Kent County: Route 9 and Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad presented by Ann Gravatt, Byways Coordinator, Delaware Department of Transportation and Steve Borleske, Route 9 Coordinator, Delaware Greenways.
