San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Please join the KSA and Community Charter School of Cambridge (CCSC) for the first Third Thursday in 2014 on January 16th from 5:30-7:30PM at the Community Ice Skating Rink in Kendall Square.
- Free ice skating, courtesy of Community Ice Skating. Skates provided, or bring your own.
- Sip hot soup and mulled cider and sample sweet treats provided by the new Commonwealth Cambridge market and restaurant.
- Network with others in Kendall Square community, while learning about the wonderful work our companies provide through internship programs for students.
This event is the kickoff (“icebreaker”) for CCSC’s 2014 Senior Internship Program, in which every 12th grader is matched with a company or organization in the local community for a career exploratory and pre-professional experience. The students and their mentors will be present to answer questions about how you can get involved in the program and about its impact and benefits.
We ask that you bring a donation of new gloves or mittens for students (ages 12-18) at CCSC. We will be collecting the gloves/mittens on site at the event.
We'd like to thank Akamai for their generous sponsorship.
