This Wednesday, November 7th, chef Ken Oringer and fellow Boston chefs will come together at Mike's City Diner to raise money for the American Red Cross to benefit their New York friends affected by Hurricane Sandy.
Ken, along with chefs like Ming Tsai and Jamie Bissonnette, and friends from Island Creek Oysters and Eastern Standard will prepare a feast of white truffles, oysters, foie gras, duck and lobster for an intimate group of 50 guests limited to only one seating at a donation minimum of $500 per person (includes wine pairings and all money from ticket sales goes directly to the American Red Cross).
