Frequently Asked Questions
What is the purpose of this event? Honestly, to have a really fun party. There’s so many great people in our community that we just wanted to get everyone together for a good time. And if we raise some money for the WJC Social Action Fund that supports projects/causes in the Mamaroneck/Larchmont community, even better.
What kind of food will there be? An incredible Persian caterer from Great Neck, Long Island is preparing all sorts of kabobs and other foods from the Middle East. This guy is the Kabomb!
What kind of beverages will be served? The totally respectable kind. Kegs of beer (yeah bro!!), wine, along with other spirits and non-alcoholic options.
Will there be entertainment? Oh yeah. We’ve got a kicking DJ and many fun party activities planned.
Can I bring friends who do not have affiliation with WJC? Well, are your friends fun?! If so, you can bring them. If not, well, bring them but don’t tell anyone.
How will I get home at the end of the evening if I've had a few too many drinks? Great question. Safe transportation will be provided for those who live in the greater Mamaroneck/Larchmont area. Cars will be permitted to stay at WJC overnight. Please drink responsibly.
What should I wear? Your party clothes. No fancy pants required.
Is this a fundraiser? We’re really focused on bringing the community together, so the cost is meant to break-even. Any profit generated will be donated to the WJC Social Action Fund that supports projects/causes in the Mamaroneck/Larchmont community.
