Putting meat over fire has been a long standing tradition in many cultures, but the Persians have given the Kebob their unique influnce of flavors, spices and herbs. In this class, we'll get our hands on making several varieties that will get the proper grilling.
Beef Kefta - Ground beef is mixed with herbs and spices in creating a mouthwatering kebab.
Chicken Satay - The spice islands have influenced these Southeast Asian skewers with just the right part of hot, sour, salty and sweet.
Lamb Kebab - The perfect medditeranan kebab with Tzatziki Sauce
Cilantro Shrimp Skewers - Redolent with roasted chiles, this lime spiked skewer packs a big punch.
Grilled Apples - A sweet end to a fantastic class with a quick cinnamon caramel sauce.
Cost is $85. Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
