Doug Richards has led training and development projects for some for some of the world’s largest companies including Bayer, Target, Sprint, Burger King, Johnson and Johnson, Vanity Fair, the NBA, MLB and the NFL. Over his long history in technology startups Doug has graduated to a respected leader in the business community serving as national technology chair on the At Ease Project, national healthcare advisor for the Emerge Technology Foundation of the Americas, Advisor to Trovita Health Science and as a managing partner or advisor to multiple early stage companies. He is holder of multiple patents and author of the new book; Artificial Business Intelligence – Hack Your Company, a guide for companies to leverage the explosive growth of Massively Open Online Courses.
Ron has been working for over 20 years as a training professional. Ron currently works for Fairbanks Scales. He has focused on developing Instructor Led and Online instructional materials for complex electro mechanical systems. Ron has also produce Safety and HR training materials. He manages Fairbanks’s learning management system. Additionally he have teamed with the Quality department to launch a Six Sigma training program. Ron has have a bachelor’s degree in education from Southern Illinois University. Just for fun he plays golf, fishes, and paints watercolors.
Stacie currently works for Apollo Education Group, Inc. as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant. In this role, Stacie works with internal business leaders to analyze performance gaps and help to identify the best improvement solutions to address these gaps. She has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University and a MBA from University of Phoenix. Stacie is married with two small children at home, is an avid runner, and has recently joined the cross fit craze.
