Breandan Filbert is the managing partner of SalezWORKS, and she is passionate about entrepreneurship.
With over eighteen years as a sales person, director, coach, and trainer, Breandan’s expertise in sales training, mentoring, planning, and strategy has generated more than $135 million in new business for clients across a range of industries. An accomplished sales professional with an outstanding track record, she works with individuals and companies to leverage the power of sales referrals to grow their businesses.
Breandan has served on the board and on committees for chambers of commerce, the National Association of Women Business Owners, Rotary, and the Central Exchange. She established and facilitates the most successful and longest running program for the Central Exchange: The Business Collaboration Network. When not helping clients with their sales process, Breandan can be found pursuing her passion for breeding and raising Dutch Warmblood horses for the hunter/jumper show ring.
David Jones has had a very diverse career ranging from Politics, Operations, Management, and Marketing. Jones has served as Mayor of the City of Saint Joseph which happens to be his home town. Occupationally, Jones has held multiple management and director positions in the hotel industry and healthcare industry including organizations such as Holiday Inn and Heartland Health. Jones currently holds the title of Director of Operations, Technology, and Branding/Marketing for Foutch Brothers. Foutch Brothers, LLC.
Jones believes strongly in community service and has held board positions for Saint Joseph Area Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Missouri Municipal League, and Missouri Society for Healthcare Engineers. Jones is also the President of the Kansas City Alumni Chapter for University of Phoenix.

April Ward is an experienced marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience in demand generation, marketing automation, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), blogger outreach, Wikipedia seeding, graphic design, web design, trade show planning, print advertising, social media campaigns and radio promotion programs.
She has helped global teams integrate demand generation by educating stakeholders and developing smart digital strategies that work. She has supported multiple regions including China, Latin America, Canada and Europe to provide seamless integration across multiple teams. She has worked with General Electric, Hallmark, Fleishman-Hillard, UMKC, and Bayer among others.
