Top Chefs Collaborate for June's Guest Chef Dinner
June's Guest Chef Dinner Celebrates Local with the SacTown Dining Collective! Join us as we dine in the open air at Plates Café with a variety of passed appetizers, wine, beer and coffee tasting and a mouthwatering meal, collectively prepared by some of the most well-known chefs in the Sacramento area. The evening will include an auction and beats by Michael Mervine's Acoustical Soul. Mike Thiemann, Ella Restaurant and bar, will lead the group, featuring the following consortium of chefs, breweries and wineries to date:

The SacTown Dining Collective is a collaboration of restaurant owners, chefs, purveyors, and consultants dedicated to highlighting the depth and diversity that the Sacramento food culture has to offer. Their mission is to unite and exchange their passion and ideas, implementing these in culinary events and educational forums.
