Thank you for your ticket purchase(s)! Our event dates are June 28, July 19 and August 30, 2014. Many of you are returning guests; your continued support and loyalty is very much appreciated. Your ticket and concession dollars will support Discovery Center programming serving over 200,000 visitors in 2014 and help environmentally educate and create greater stewardship for our natural resources and forest lands. The San Bernardino National Forest is one of the busiest national forests in the nation. Together, we can bring balance and harmony in nature through music for future generations to enjoy!
Parking and ticket gates will open at 5:00pm; all concert begins at 6:00pm. Please present your printed e-ticket to volunteer ticket staff; they will scan your ticket to indicate your arrival. Each ticket ordered must be printed individually from your email confirmation. Each ticket has its own unique bar code for ease in check in. Duplicate tickets encountered onsite require ID to match purchaser.
Bench Seat Tickets (see below for General Admission ticket info)
Your Bench Seat with Parking pass includes reserved parking at the Discovery Center (1 car per 2 adult passes, teen and youth; 1 per guest family) and reserved BENCH seating. You can plan to arrive at any time as parking and seating will be held for you for the entire evening. Ticket gate volunteers will provide you a wristband to designate you for the bench seating area; please show to our volunteer usher staff for access.
An event parking pass will be mailed to you to present to the volunteer parking gate staff to enter the Discovery Center parking lot. Lot will open at 5:00pm. Parking is on a first-come basis in all three lots. Volunteer parking staff will assist. Handicapped parking with the state-approved placard and/or license plate will be accommodated on a first-come basis in terms of location as directed by volunteer parking staff.
Bench seating is unassigned and will be available on a first-come basis; seats will be marked off by striping; please contain your personal property within the designated space; much appreciated as we will sell all spaces to fund raise for our nonprofit.
Teens (13-18) and youth 12 and under are $10 and $5, respectively, to enter the bench seating area; each event; they required a separate ticket. They, too, will receive a colored wristband that will be checked by our volunteer ushers. Music-loving dogs on leash will be admitted FREE into this area. Please plan to arrive early to obtain the best seating locations that allow more space for your companion.
Please NOTE: The bench seating area offers down front and upclose seats in the "dance zone"; these are the first 3 rows across all three sections. It also offers more elevated seats across the 3 sections. Please plan to arrive when gates open if you have a specific preference as seating is first-come.
General Admission Guests
Seating for general admission guests will be in the open areas only. Please bring your own chairs and get ready to enjoy the evening. Chairs will be available for rent at $5 while quantities last. Bench seating is a different ticket option and price.
FREE parking will be available at Meadows Edge with Free Shuttle: Free parking will be available in the Meadows Edge trailhead parking lot; located ¼ mile west of the Discovery Center entrance; signage will direct you to Meadows Edge; a free shuttle will run from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
Handicap parking will be available to general admission guests at the Discovery Center on a first-come basis with a state-approved placard or license plate as available for each event. Please show your event ticket to volunteer parking staff for access; you will be directed to available parking on a first-come basis. Handicap parking is FREE for general admission guests as available. Note: to guarantee handicap parking, please consider purchasing a single-event bench seating package which includes pre-paid parking.
Early seat reservations will be available only to members of the Southern California Mountains Foundation; please show your member card to enter the Amphitheater from Noon to 3pm on concert dates. If you are not a member, we are offering a Member pass for a few dollars more. When ordering your tickets, note quantity and click “Order Now”; complete the ticket buyer profile information and under “Additional Items”, click on “Make me a MEMBER so that I can enter EARLY!”; then approve the $10 membership donation by clicking on “Add to Order”. Your total will reflect the membership donation; one membership required per ticket order; not per individual ticket. Thank you for additional donation; a Membership card for the “Quaking Aspen” level ~ a $50 value ~ will be mailed to you to present for early entry each concert date. Our membership is an annual program and includes benefits.
Food & Beverages: You may bring your own food to picnic at the Amphitheater; however, no outside beverages (except bottled water) will be allowed; coolers will be checked at the entrance in accordance with ABC license requirements; thank you in advance for your cooperation. Hamburgers, hot dogs, snacks, sodas, waters, kettle corn and other great snacks and treats will be available for sale. A beer, wine, margarita and specialty drink bar will be open at your service offering a great selection of imports, ales and domestic beers; red, white and blush wines; and regular and strawberry margaritas plus a selection of themed drinks specific to each concert.
Money Matters: Please bring cash to purchase tickets at the gate and concession sales. We will also offer a digital credit card payment via smart phones. Thanks so much for your support.
