Please join me and members of the Atlanta City Council's Advisory Committee on International Relations (ACIR) for our June meeting at the Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA), 1315 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA  30309.

 

This month's meeting topic, "Eero Saarinen: A Reputation for Innovation" will focus on the Museum's current exhibit, a retrospective of the renowned architect's work and a study of the design principles he followed. The artistic and international significance of the exhibit will be presented.  Margareta Martin, Past President of the Atlanta Finland Society, will be on hand to provide special remarks on the exhibit. 

 

Meeting location: Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA), 1315 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA  30309.  Take MARTA to the Arts Center Station.  MODA is on the opposite side of the street from the Woodruff Arts Center and the High Museum of Art. Metered parking is available on the street and paid parking is available at LAZ Parking at 1337 Peachtree Street. The Museum does not have dedicated parking.
