I look forward to those of you who join us. Don’t be afraid of coming on your own, we welcome single guests and everyone is very friendly, so grab your wine and join us. Make your reservations early please before the seats fill up fast. If you have any questions let me know. What we request. That you arrive between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m. so that we can start at 6:45. We and your fellow guests, appreciate your punctually. This includes a 2 out of 3 (appetizer, salad or soup), pasta or risotto, entree and dessert, coffee or tea and sparking water. Should you desire wine, we encourage you to bring a bottle or we can pair it for you. A gratuity is included. We are planning for you, so should you need to cancel, please be aware of the impact this has on our efforts and try to let us now at your earliest convenience. If we are not notified more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled dinner, $50 per person will be surrendered per person.

Torquet was born out of a desire of having good food and taking traditional Italian food and either infusing it with other ethnic ingredients or by incorporating molecular gastronomy techniques. Now use fresh ingredients from our garden and other the locally grown ingredients.

 Here at Torquent every meal and the heart of the dish are prepared with a layering of flavors, which enhances every dish. All is served with careful selection to the best locally fresh grown vegetables as well as from our gardens, and locally caught fish and meat, in other words farm to table. We work with local flavors and with the best traditional Italian ingredients available and each dish shall excite all the senses, to make your food delicious while being lovingly prepared.
