July 6 Startup Talk: Dave McClure
Tuesday, July 6, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (PDT)
A group of Seattle geeks, entrepreneurs, and investors were brainstorming ways to continue adding value to the Seattle community. We wanted to create a series of meetups with an intimate group of founders and builders to discuss relevant topics in technology and entrepreneurship, connect with new people and companies, and share knowledge.
The first of these events will feature Dave McClure, startup advisor, community builder and seed investor. Dave has a great pitch entitled "Startup Metrics for Pirates: AARRR!" - which provides a framework for cutting through the noise, helping startups understand which metrics matter and using data to listen to customers, iterate on the product and build something users can't live without.
Join us for conversation and a 45 minute talk with Dave on July 6 at SEOmoz.
This is an invitation-only event. The food and beverage is sponsored by Ignition Partners, so why charge? Because we want you to show up and we figure a small cash commitment is a good hook. And because every penny of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Vittana.
