Jules Mitchell specializes in Anatomy for Yoga Teachers programs. She travels extensively both independently and for Leeann Carey Yoga. As a Master’s degree student at CSU Long Beach in Exercise Science she is involved with innovative research in the field of yoga. Her teaching style emphasizes curiosity; the “why” of an asana is critical. Jules’ local business focuses mainly on private clients. With only a few public classes on her schedule, she enjoys working with individuals in her Hermosa Beach home studio.
