How sharp is your cheese palate? In this class we'll explore the vastness of flavors from Cow, Goat, and Sheep cheeses and discuss the finer points that make each distinctive.
Next, the discussion moves to the curing process and rinds, molds, blooms and the intense flavors produced during the process. We're not done yet, next is the aroma, texture and taste. Be prepared to taste lots of cheese!
Cost is $50. Class begins at 2pm till 4pm.
