Cindy will give a 10-minute presentation about nutrition and healthy habits to sleep better. She will focus on the types, symptoms and effects of insomnia and provide recommendations on how to manage it. The recommendations include foods to eat, foods to avoid, herbs and supplements to take, and lifestyle improvements. There will be a 10 minute question and answer session after her presentation.
