What is Crowd Funding?
Crowd Funding describes the collective cooperation, attention and trust by people who network and pool their money and other resources together, usually via the Internet, to support efforts initiated by other people or organizations.

About Mark Jones
Mark Jones has over 20 years of experience in digital photo printer processing as well as developing and marketing software products and developing and implementing capital funding strategies. Mark has been actively involved in crafting the JOBS act bill which included Crowd Funding & Regulation. He has participated and issued public comments for publication in several SEC Small Business symposia on capital policy legislation. Mark Is Chairman of the International Crowd Funding Association. He also holds a series 63 securities license. His securities career started at age 22 successfully selling real estate and related limited partnerships in Chicago for Matanky Investments Inc. Mark has several technology related patents and trademarks issued in his name related to Intelligent Ink and Ecinema Networks. He has a track record of successfully launching and managing both large and small companies, and is currently Chairman/ CEO of Intelligent Ink, Inc. Pixel Wizard International , Inc. Super Rush DPO, American Scandinavian Leasing Products, Inc., Express Yourself, Inc. and Best Beverage of Tampa Bay.
About Matthew Romney
Matt Romney specializes in working with emerging growth companies. He has represented companies in a variety of fields, including biotechnology, life sciences, medical device, software and internet technologies. He advises company clients and their management on a broad range of corporate matters, including company formation, equity structures, financing negotiations, corporate governance responsibilities, equity incentive plans and arrangements, employment matters, intellectual property, strategic and commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Romney has practiced at the law firms of Gunderson Dettmer in Boston, Massachusetts and Ballard Spahr in Salt Lake City, Utah. He left large law firm practice to focus on emerging growth companies and structure his practice to better serve their needs.
Mr. Romney holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a Copy Editor of The Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Matt received a B.A., with honors, from the University of Utah.
