There will be a parking fee assessed for guests who are not staying in the hotel of $8.00 per car.

Yes, each guest must have a printed ticket to attend the conference portion.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be given within a week of the events completion.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Each ticket must have the name of each guest included in the Vacation package.
