Jeffco Open Space Nature Journal Club: Sketchbook Nature Journaling Basics
Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM (MDT)
Strengthen your personal connection with the natural world by keeping a sketchbook nature journal. The first hour of class will be devoted to developing basic drawing skills and covering materials. For the final two hours, we will head out on the trails to write and draw in our journals. All experience levels are welcome.
Please bring your own sketchbook, a pencil and any other art supplies you would like to use. We will also have some art materials to share. This class will help prepare you for future Jeffco Open Space Nature Journal Club offerings.
Instruction will be geared for adults, but children are welcome to attend with an adult.
