Dear members and guests of JCI Oslo International,

JCI Oslo International has the pleasure of inviting you to our monthly meeting on 28th of February at 18:00 at "Peppes Pizza - Karl Johans". The topic of our meeting is "Dealing with stress".

Dealing with stress

Most of us are dealing  with stress and worry in our daily lifes. This workshop will help you define the factors that are stressing you and help you to manage the situations in the best way possible. Through discussions, examples and some theory we will set some goals and practical actions in order to help you manage your stress.
