ELIGIBILITY:

• Grandparents that love shopping for their grandkids, and LOVE bargains. Adoptive grandparents are included too.
  

• Nursing infants may attend the presale with the grandparent. Otherwise, no children over 12 months of age are allowed at the presale. Children of all ages are welcome on public days starting Thursday, October 1

FAQs

Q. Are children allowed at the event?
A. We do not allow mobile children at the presale. The presale is extremely busy and the no-children policy is for the shopping enjoyment of all attendees.

Q. Does everyone need their own ticket?
A. This registration is for 1 person: the grandparent. You may purchase a separate ticket for a friend to attend with you. If you are attending as the one guest of an already registered First Time Parent, you do not need our own ticket. You may print your ticket or show it on your phone.

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All ticket purchases are final. All sales of merchandise during the event are final; no refunds and no exchanges. Please inspect your purchases carefully and ask questions before you leave the sale. We have test batteries and will assist you to open boxes to verify contents.

Q. What type of payments do you accept at the sale?
A. We prefer cash but gladly accept Visa, MasterCard.

Q. Do you have shopping carts available?
A. We provide large shopping bags to use while you shop, and also offer a Hold Area to store your purchases while you are shopping. You may want to consider bringing a bag or a laundry basket or wagon, as we sometimes run out of shopping bags during peak shopping times.
