Open Arms Care (OAC) will host its’ First Annual Open Arms Care Jazz and Wine Event, featuring the jazz styling of saxophonist, Mark Baker, Friday, August 3rd, 2012 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. The event will take place at Christian Brothers University Theater located in De La Salle Hall on the campus of Christian Brother University located at Central and Parkway.
Mark Baker, a local Memphis musician, has over 20 years in performing his inspired music all over the world. He is a saxophonist and composer. He has cultivated a quality of music that resonates through a person's soul and touches their senses. This will be something that everyone can enjoy.
The reception hosted by City Councilman Myron Lowery will be held from 6pm until 7pm. During the reception, the guest will be able to enjoy wine and appetizers. The show will begin at 7pm and will be hosted by State Representative Antonio Parkinson.
