Each evening will open with emerging artists from ZUMIX youth programs, including the Jazz Allstars, Latin Band, DiverCity Band, and Angelina Botticelli.
To help us close out the series with a bang, Miss Tess and the Talkbacks will be joined by Maverick Swing for a second set at 7pm. One $15 ticket is good for the concert at 5pm, swing dancing at 7pm, or both!
Join us for these memorable events at the ZUMIX Firehouse, just a short walk from Maverick T Station in East Boston.

When & Where
Founded in 1991 in response to the worst year of violence in Boston’s history, ZUMIX offers award-winning programs in songwriting, performance, radio, audio technology, and theater for youth ages 7-18. Now operating out of a 9,000 sq-foot renovated firehouse in East Boston, each year we serve 500 youth in our after-school and summer programs, 550 youth through in-school partnerships, and reach more than 10,000 additional youth and adults through workshops, community events, and outdoor concerts. In 2011 our Executive Director and one of our teens traveled to the White House to accept the National Arts and Humanities Youth Programs Award from First Lady Michelle Obama.
