Event Details

Java @Junction440! Join us for our new monthly morning conversations. Each month, we'll be chatting about a different topic relating to the start-up community.

Leading our Java @Junction440 this month will be Tifani Sadek of Sadek Legal Services, PLC. She'll share her expertise on the topic of "Five huge legal mistakes entrepreneurs make - and how to avoid them."

As a lawyer who serves start-ups and entrepreneurs, Tifani sees plenty of start-up companies make legal mistakes. From faulty founders agreements to inadequate intellectual property protection, this presentation covers some of the more problematic missteps and, more importantly, how to avoid them.

There will be complementary coffee and donuts.

Free and secure parking is available in the MDOT lot at the northeast corner of Cass & Amsterdam.
