January 4-H Fitness Fab Friday
Friday, January 11, 2013 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (MST)
The Sevier County 4-H Teen Councils present: 4-H Fitness Fab Friday!
This Fab Friday will be all about fitness! Register for the event and you'll get to do it all - Zumba, jump rope aerobics, Wii Dance 4, Yoga, and make your own weighted hula hoop to take home. Youth will also recieve instruction on how to train for a 5k in preparation for the 1st Annual Sevier County 4-H 5k to be held in April 2013.
Participants in this Fab Friday will have the exclusive opportunity to join fitness clubs that will meet January-April. Fitness clubs include a walking club, running club, volleyball club, hula hoop club, indoor soccer club, and a Wii Be Fit Club.
Sign up early and don't forget to come have some 4-H Fitness Fun!
All proceeds benefit the 4-H Teen Council Scholarship Fund.

4-H is the Youth Development program of the Cooperative Extension Service. The goal of the 4-H program is to extend the services of Utah State University to the youth of Sevier County through hands-on activities that develop life skills.
