Please join the Foreign Policy Association for its annual James G. McDonald Lecture on Humanitarian Intervention. This year's lecture will be delivered by Professor W. Michael Reisman, Myres S. McDougal Professor of Law, Yale Law School.
The James G. McDonald Lecture examines the root causes of genocide and the warnings that precede mass violence. It also allows for practitioners of preventative diplomacy to offer ways to prevent mass violence from having the last word on human civilization.
