Jack's (very) BIG Music Benefit!
Sunday, November 24, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PST)
Stevenson Ranch, CA
(For unreserved seats at the door, make a donation of your choice. Buy tickets to reserve a seat:)
Local musicians, including world class professionals and debuting young artists, come together in a musical tribute to little Jack, 8/30/08-7/30/12, who represents other children like him today diagnosed with DIPG--a pediatric brainstem cancer with a survival rate of less than one percent. The music will be varied, from the classical section with works from Brahms from Peter Marsh, violinist, and a founder of Chamber Music America, and Haydn, Bruch, Veracini, Weiniawski, and Lalo from our young artists, and a special performance from Center Stage Opera(www.centerstageopera.org); continuing with contemporary songwriters and bands with Kyle Reynolds, Dave Fraser, Paul Trudeau, Remo Packer, Shawn Fabian, Jimmy Hoff, and more! Their extensive bios can be found at jacksbigmusic.org. Come support our young artists and our own LA-local, world-class artists for a fantastic evening of music and fun! We are pleased to be graced with the presence of the Miss Santa Clarita Pageant for our in-house activities during intermission, and facilitating our program. Raffle, and exhibits of fine art, including works from contemporary-impressionist Zony Gordon, and the "Art for Jack" gallery of professional and student art, present for your enjoyment. Event proceeds benefit the DIPG Research Fund at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. We hope you can make it!

When & Where
Jack's Angels Foundation
Jack's Angels Foundation is in its first year as a 501(c)3 public charity in the Santa Clarita Valley. Our priority is to raise awareness for the urgent need for research for pediatric brain tumors, especially DIPG, and our awareness events and programs are designed to support the arts for children in the local community. We also strive to support those afflicted with DIPG, and to raise funds that go directly to a research fund specific to DIPG and pediatric brain tumors. Proceeds from this event through our 2014 events are dedicated to opening a DIPG Research Fund at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, with the goal of attracting $1M to our cause.
