"I pledge not to bully."
Jade Archer is the founder of J.A.B, “Jade Against Bullying”, an organization she started with her mother Vallerie Archer in 2013 in an effort to bring national attention to children affected by “bullying”. Jade now 15 is a survivor. As early as the 2 grade at the age of 9, she was the target of bullying by her classmates and peers. Over the next few years this would cause her to spiral into a deep depression and at the age of 12 she attempted to take her own life. With the intervention of a school counselor, family and friends, Jade was able to take this tragic experience and turn it into a positive message by bringing attention to the fast growing epidemic of “childhood bullying”.
With the growing popularity of social media Jade has been able to reach thousands of people both in the United States and internationally. She has been the keynote speaker at various events locally and across the country sharing her story and empowering others.
As a growing organization, our goal is to touch as many lives as possible. If we reach one person with our message, we have made a difference. Start today, make a difference and pledge not to bully.
