Zack Naylor is a Principal UX Designer at The Nerdery. He loves talking big ideas and designing experiences across organizations and touchpoints. An active member of the UX community, Zack’s credits include Nerdery webinars “An Into to User Research”, “The Science of UX” and "Content Strategy and UX" as well as Nerdery blog post "Anatomy of Experience Strategy." Nicole Netland has 15 years of experience in the interactive design space which spans working as part of small creative agencies to leading UX teams inside Fortune 100 companies. Over the years Nicole has repeatedly found herself helping shape and grow new teams in the digital space. Currently, Nicole is in the innovation arena, leading UX and research for Target’s new Rapid Application Development team (RAD) to prototype and test the feasibility and value of new experiences for guests.
Kenneth Yueh is a User Experience Designer at Convey and Adjunct User Experience Instructor at Miami Ad School. He was previously a Senior User Experience Designer at Modern Climate and Information Architect at Weber Shandwick and Thomson Reuters. He holds a BA in Design Communications from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
Paul Frett has 20+ years of experience at powerhouse digital shops like Popular Front and Atomic and on the client side at Target and Intel, Paul Frett spearheaded interactive initiatives for some of the biggest names in the Fortune 500. Clients that include H&R Block, 3M, Deluxe, General Mills, Ecolab, Hasbro and Univision. As the VP of Experience and Engagement at Schermer, Paul leads strategy and UX teams from discovery all the way to development and implementation – to help clients leverage the spectrum of online media to achieve their business goals.
