Event Details

IxDA Cincinnati hopes you can join us for "Embracing Agile UX (what it means, what works, and lessons learned)", presented by Juli Luebbe, Senior User Experience Designer at Vantiv, and Paul Spencer, Delivery Director at POMIET.

Whether you are working on an Agile project, or just looking to incorporate leaner practices into your UX workflow, this session will provide applicable insights for you. We’ll feature real-world tips and examples you can put to use today, along with exploring perspectives from diverse roles (team member to executive change leader) to help you form your own vision of Agile UX, moving forward.

Discussions will include:

  • A brief overview of Agile. We'll define the term “Agile,” and what that means to you. We will also identify Agile's implications to traditional UX approaches.
  • Examples of Agile UX in action:
    • What's working? What hasn't worked?
    • How would you ______? (You can fill in the blank with applicable questions.)
  • Insights for championing Agile UX. Hear advice from Vantiv's UX executive leader on how the team has overcome early challenges and gained momentum.

Refreshments will be served to attendees, courtesy of our sponsor, Vantiv.

AGENDA:

5:30 - 6:15 pm: Networking and refreshments

6:15 - 7:15 pm: Presentation and Q&A

7:15 - 7:30 pm: Additional discussion and networking
