"Social Media and Professionalism"

with Jill Kunkle, Asst. Dir., Career Services,
and Asst. Dean Moore, IT

Monday, October 20, 2014 - 12:40 p.m. in the Auditorium

Lunch will be provided!

This lunchtime talk will detail how students should present and conduct themselves in regards to social media as students and as future lawyers.  
 
Emphasis will be placed particularly on students’ use of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media applications. There will also be discussion on Social Media and E-Discovery. Finally there will be discussion on South Carolina Bar’s Rule on Professional Responsibility and the ABA Model Rule on Professional Responsibility, as they relate to Social Media.
