The purpose of this workshop is to provide hands-on coaching and guidance for how an organization can develop and implement an IT risk assessment. This process is important to understand the particular areas of IT where compliance and monitoring activities should be applied.
Focuses on understanding the current environment of the IT department and organization to identify suitable criteria and a framework that can be used to rank IT risks.

Provide training and hands-on workshop on developing risk assessment survey questions from standard questionnaires and customized survey questions for the organization in the areas of: applications, projects, infrastructure, security, change management, general-level controls, security, disaster recovery, compliance, etc…
Risk Assessment Workshop - Annual Surveys
Provide training and hands-on workshop on putting questions into survey tool, preparing e-mail messages to participants, and following up with participants.
Risk Assessment Workshop - Program Risk Assessment Surveys
Provide training and hands-on workshop for developing a program risk assessment survey to use for individual programs.
Risk Assessment Workshop - Collection
Provide training and hands-on workshop on collecting and analyzing participant responses.
Risk Assessment Workshop - Reporting
Provide training and hands-on workshop on report format, presentation and delivery of risk assessment report.
Risk Assessment Workshop - Program Risk Assessment Checklist and Policy
Provide training and hands-on workshop on developing an IT project risk assessment for individual projects / programs. Development of pre and post-project risk assessment checklists, IT management approval process and routing, and corresponding policy development, with scope and timing of when this risk assessment would be used, are included in this workshop.
