The Tax-Exempt and Government Entities Division of the Internal Revenue Service will present two one-day workshops for small and medium-sized 501(c)(3) organizations, one in Bloomington, hosted by Indiana University's School of Public and Enviornmental Affairs, and one in Indianapolis, hosted by the Central Indiana Community Foundation and The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University.
Presented by IRS trainers, the workshops will explain what 501(c)(3) organizations must do to keep their tax-exempt status and comply with tax obligations. These introductory workshops are appropriate for administrators, board members, officers, volunteers, and staff of nonprofit organizations, and for their professional advisors. Students are also encouraged to attend.

NOTE: Indianapolis attendees can park in the Denison garage just south of the Barnes & Thornburg building on Meridian Street or in the Circle Centre Mall parking lot under Carson Pirie Scott off of Washington Street.
