The month of March is dedicated to supporting the Whole Planet Foundation and their prosperity campaign to end poverty by providing Microloans to entrepreneurs around the globe. Chef Rachel will prepare and serve recipes adopted from these global entrepreneurs highlighting ingredients sourced from the microloan recipients and their native countries.
